Sound Healing Sessions at Rock and Rose Rituals at Upton Country Park

Aside from being deeply relaxing, the sound vibrations of the crystal bowls and other similar musical instruments clear chakras of old energies as well as bringing forth a sense of lightness and balance. A 60 minute session sound bath where the signing bowls vary according to their resonant frequencies. While the sound frequency of a smaller singing bowls may bring about a deep sense of relaxation that affects our subtle bodies, larger bowls will have a greater impact on our physical bodies. This is why a varied selection of bowls will be used to activate your energy centres to transform your energy levels.

At the beginning of a crystal sound healing session, clients get into a supine position fully clothed. Then, Stevie will envelop you in beautiful sounds by gently striking the crystal bowls with a rubber mallet. The negative energies contained in your  body dissipate like vapour and are replaced by the purity of positive energy. It's like a natural painkiller as it changes the body's perception of pain and facilitates healing at a cellular level.

Sessions last for 60 minutes and in the first part of the session we will explore and set intention of your sound bath and what you want to get out of your healing space and what you feel is currently blocking you, you will be guided into your state of relaxation and receive 60 minute of sound bath sessions after you will awaken from your restful state reconnect back to the earth to venture and step back into life feeling renewed and refreshed.
